Our Ninja classes help to bring three disciplines of movement together: Parkour, Ninja, and Calisthenics. Classes will merge these areas of fitness together to help you conquer any obstacles in your way as well as develop strength and mastery of your own body. Athletes will be able to move up through the classes by levelling up as they obtain and master their skills.
Learn with our trained and engaging coaches who encourage each student to reach for their highest potential. Our ninja classes are fostering a sense of accomplishment and adventure while being fun, in a safe environment with state of the art ninja equipment.

PLEASE NOTE – We are operating on a continuous enrollment basis. Enrollment in the class begins at the time of online sign up completion. Please contact us if you would like to delay your start date by a week.
Our Ninja programs will be continuous from September – August (including through Spring Break and Summer) with a short break for Christmas. Participants are welcome to join a class at any time and can drop a class with 30-days written notice. Minimum 2 month commitment required. Fees are pro-rated at the time of registration for those starting after the first class of the month.
Students will have the opportunity to level up to more advanced classes based on skill evaluations throughout the year. Coaches will make recommendations to the parent/guardian as soon as they feel the athlete is ready to move to the next level. If you are not sure which class is right for your child, our staff will be happy to help you make the correct selection. The times listed below are start and finish times for each class – please ensure that your child is able to attend the full class (for safety reasons it’s mandatory for your child to be present during the warm-up portion of the class).

20% discount*: 2nd class (discount off lower tuition), 30% discount*: 3rd class (discount off the least expensive class), 40% discount*: 4th class (discount off the least expensive class), etc.

During the online registration process you will be asked for:
- BC medical number for your child(ren)
- Payment arrangements for the class tuition (Credit Card or Bank Account – NO VISA DEBIT) ***Please note: in addition to the first month of tuition, you will be charged a $50 enrollment fee that covers both insurance and an annual registration fee. (remember that unless you have submitted a drop notice, your enrolment continues through the end of August for the current class year). You will be charged at or shortly after the time of registration for the enrolment fee and first month’s tuition (pro-rated as applicable; based off of 4 classes in a month) to hold your child’s spot in the class. If you are waitlisted, you will not be charged unless a spot becomes available and you first confirm enrolment in the class.
Little Ninja Movement: Ages 4-5 yrs. (45 min.)
In our Little Ninja Movement Classes, we are looking to develop physical literacy and confidence through the use of Ninja and Parkour. Little Ninjas will jump, roll, swing, vault, climb, and balance through various obstacles and challenges setup for them each week. In this class we ask that parents help in assisting where needed as little ninjas often need some additional help with reaching obstacles and building confidence in their abilities.
Ninja Movement: Age Groups 4-5 yrs., 5-6 yrs., 6-7.5 yrs, 7-12 yrs. (60 min.)
Welcome to Ninja Movement! The focus of this class is to develop strength, physical literacy, and confidence through the use of Parkour and Ninja movements/skills as well as develop community with coaches and other ninjas. We use skills such as safety vaults, strides, tic-tacs and lachè’s to help develop your ninja into a confident and strong navigator of any obstacle in their path. Perfect class for any ninja who is looking to channel their endless energy towards building their skill set, or to develop the confidence to attack any challenge head on!
Intro Ninja: Age Groups 7-9 yrs., 10-12 yrs. (60 min.)
This entry-level class is designed to focus on building strength and confidence through the use of our fundamental movements seen in ninja and parkour in order to handle any obstacles. These fundamental skills will be used in every class in order to develop mastery while simultaneously improving each athlete’s strength.
Level 1, 2 & 3 Ninja: Age Groups 7-9 yrs., 10-12 yrs. (60 min.)
(Previous experience required)
Our leveling stream of Ninja classes are geared towards more specific skill, strength, and endurance training. These classes are for the students who want to build upon their Ninja skills, want a more challenging and focused class, or are hoping to compete in future Ninja Competitions. These classes go from Intro to Level 3. With Ninja being a combination of parkour, calisthenics and climbing, these classes will help to build upon all three as students work towards moving up the levels.
Teen Ninja: Age 13+ yrs. (60 min.)
Our teen classes are a great place for teens of all skill levels and abilities to come and challenge themselves in a fun and social environment. In this class you will work on your overall strength and abilities through parkour skills and ninja obstacles. Coaches will lead you through the specific skills needed to conquer the challenges in the gym, but they are also there to help you work towards your own goals! A great way to work on fitness in a fun and engaging way.
