PLEASE NOTE – We are operating on a continuous enrollment basis. Enrollment in the class begins at the time of online sign up completion. Please contact us if you would like to delay your start date by a week.
Our Ninja programs will be continuous from September – August (including through Spring Break and Summer) with a short break for Christmas. Participants are welcome to join a class at any time and can drop a class with 30-days written notice. Minimum 2 month commitment required. Fees are pro-rated at the time of registration for those starting after the first class of the month.
Students will have the opportunity to level up to more advanced classes based on skill evaluations throughout the year. Coaches will make recommendations to the parent/guardian as soon as they feel the athlete is ready to move to the next level. If you are not sure which class is right for your child, our staff will be happy to help you make the correct selection. Please email our Customer Administration Team (info@apnfa.ca) if you require help in selecting the right class for your child!
The times listed below are start and finish times for each class – please ensure that your child is able to attend the full class (for safety reasons it’s mandatory for your child to be present during the warm-up portion of the class).
Tuition fees listed per month. Participants are welcome to join a class at any time and can drop a class with 30-days written notice. Fees are pro-rated at the time of registration for those starting after the first class of the month. Minimum 2 month commitment required.
20% discount*: 2nd class (discount off lower tuition), 30% discount*: 3rd class (discount off the least expensive class), 40% discount*: 4th class (discount off the least expensive class), etc.

During the online registration process you will be asked for:
- BC medical number for your child(ren)
- Payment arrangements for the class tuition (Credit Card or Bank Account – NO VISA DEBIT) ***Please note: in addition to the first month of tuition, you will be charged a $50 enrollment fee that covers both insurance and an annual registration fee. (remember that unless you have submitted a drop notice, your enrolment continues through the end of August for the current class year). You will be charged at or shortly after the time of registration for the enrolment fee and first month’s tuition (pro-rated as applicable; based off of 4 classes in a month) to hold your child’s spot in the class. If you are waitlisted, you will not be charged unless a spot becomes available and you first confirm enrolment in the class.
Ninja
Ninja classes help to bring three disciplines of movement together: Parkour, Ninja, and Calisthenics. Classes will merge these areas of fitness together to help you conquer any obstacles in your way as well as develop strength and mastery of your own body. Athletes will be able to move up through the classes by levelling up as they obtain and master their skills.

Little Ninjas: Ages 4-5 yrs (45 min.)
Little Ninjas jump, climb, swing, and roll through fun obstacle courses designed just for them. This high-energy class builds strength, coordination, confidence, while turning movement into an exciting adventure. Perfect for kids who love to move, explore, and feel like real-life ninjas! Coaches will always be there to help as much as possible, but for your little ninja to get the most out of this class we invite parents to come onto the floor to assist with supporting them as needed when working through the ninja obstacles
Junior Ninjas: 5-6 yrs, 6-7.5 yrs (60 min.)

This high-energy class builds strength, coordination, confidence, while turning movement into an exciting adventure. Perfect for kids who love to move, explore, and feel like real-life ninjas! Ninja Movement: 7-12 yrs (60 min.)
Our Ninja movement class is designed for the ninjas that love to jump, swing, and climb with coaches guidance and introduction of basic ninja/parkour skills. This class is not about moving up, but simply about our students developing strength, balance, coordination and confidence without the expectation of mastering skills. Skills will be introduced and taught to give the ninjas the tools they need to conquer the obstacle courses that lay before them! We understand that some ninjas just need a class to move their bodies, challenge themselves, get some sweaty hair and have some fun.
Ninja Foundations (previously Intro Ninja): Age Groups 7-9 yrs, 10-12 yrs, Girls 8-12 yrs (60 min.)
Foundations is the starting point for any ninjas joining our leveling classes. Even ninjas that have come from Junior Ninjas will move into this class as it is important for the integration into a bigger and more advanced space. In this class coaches will be driving home the basic skills and movements needed in ninja and parkour to build a strong base for moving to higher level skills and obstacles. As this is a physical sport, the main goal of this class is to build the strength and confidence to graduate into higher levels. Coaches will also be watching to see if their ninjas meet the gym expectations in order to move up.
Advanced Levels of Ninja: Level 1/2, 7-12 yrs (60 min.)
(Previous experience required)
Level 1 (7-9 yrs, 10-12 yrs): Our first level after foundations. The ninjas in this level have demonstrated they have mastery of the foundations skills and have obtained the physical strength and confidence to be pushed to new levels. Ninjas must be advanced by a coach to register for this level of class.
Level 2: This is our highest level of rec ninja class. Students must graduate into this level from level 1 on coaches recommendation. At this level the ninjas have the ability to start putting together multiple movements into ninja lines and courses. At this level the ninjas are exposed more to competitive style ninja with different styles of courses and runs being introduced on top of higher level obstacle training.
Teen Ninja: Age 13+ yrs (60 min.)
Our Teen Ninja program blends fitness, fun, and skill-building into an exciting, high-energy experience. Perfect for teens of all ability levels, this class helps build strength, confidence, and coordination in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Adult Ninja: Class & Drop-In (60 min.)
Our Adult ninja sessions are designed for all fitness levels and backgrounds. Whether you’re looking to build strength, develop new skills, or just try something completely different, this class delivers a high-energy, empowering experience shaped around the worlds of ninja.
Competitive Ninja
(Previous experience required, by coach invitation)
Competitive Ninja are for the students who want to take their Ninja skills to new heights and are interested in the competitive Ninja world. At this level, it is all about applying their skills to obstacles, challenges and ninja courses with a competitive intent. This class is invite only. You do not have to level up all the way to join the competitive stream, Level 1’s or 2’s can be invited to join the competitive class. Students who join competitive Ninja are expected to go to various Ninja competitions including local, inter club and Canadian Ninja League (CNL) to represent Ninja Fitness Academy.

Intro Parkour: Age Groups 7-9 yrs, 10-12 yrs (60 min.) – West Kelowna
Embark on your parkour journey with our introductory class, designed to teach you the fundamentals while enhancing your strength, endurance, and confidence. Whether you aspire to be a parkour athlete or simply want to improve your skills in other sports, this class lays the groundwork for tackling any physical challenge.
Level 1 Parkour (60 min.) – West Kelowna
Level 1 is designed for students who have prior parkour training or those who have successfully completed our introductory class and received approval from the coach. In this class, students are encouraged to demonstrate enhanced focus and motivation as they expand upon basic skills in more dynamic and challenging ways.
Level 2/Intermediate Parkour (60 min.) – West Kelowna
Students can move into higher levels of parkour classes after working through Intro and Level 1. These classes continue to build upon the skills learned and mastered leading to bigger, harder and more epic movements and challenges. The coach must give a recommendation to move up into these levels as students must be physically and mentally ready.
Level 3/Advanced/Pre-Comp Parkour (90 min.) – West Kelowna
For the more parkour orientated student. These classes continue to build upon the skills learned and mastered leading to bigger, harder and more epic movements and challenges. The coach must give a recommendation to move up into these levels as students must be physically and mentally ready.
